The QED P505 Power Meter adopts an inherited multi-hole design, which breaks the chainring limitation. Super wide compatibility design makes the QED P505 power meter compatible with 110 BCD 4-bolt and 5-bolt chainrings.
QED P505 power meter's crank is made of ultralight7075 aircraft-grade aluminum, wihich adopts II-GEN hollow crank technology to strengthen the structure. The crank is integrally molded by applying precise CNC and deep-hole drilling techniques. In comparison with other brand products under the same weight, the vertical stiffness of the QED crank is 12% stronger.
The QED P505 power meter can meticulously learn pedaling status and scientific quantification of riding capability. QED P505 power meter has 4 kinds of power data: power, cadence, left and right balance, and pedaling smoothness. With years of power research and development of advanced algorithms, the measured data is sensitive and reliable, the power accuracy up to ±1%. Riders can master their riding ability in all aspects and carry out targeted riding training.
The spindle is an important structure connecting the frame, and the design technology has a vital influence on the drivetrain efficiency and durability. QED spindle is made of 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum. The larger diameter design of DUB has a lighter weight, better stiffness and better waterproof performance than the common 24mm steel spindle.
QED P505 power meter features a top-class strain gauge supplier, optimized gauge bonding method and position, and all strain gauges are taken through a stress release process. The strain gauge curve is coupled with the acceleration sensor curve, magnet induction is not needed for cadence measurement. Even when riders are riding on bumpy cobblestone roads, the cadence data is still accurate.
Compatible with various ANT+ and Bluetooth devicesand can be connected to major brand bike computers such as Magene, Garmin and Bryton, etc. And training APPs such as Onelap, OnelapFit, Zwift, etc. So that you can record data in multiple interfaces for one workout.
