Shipping & Delivery
Scope of delivery
Currently we only ship to the United States. We will increase shipments to other countries/regions in the near future, so stay tuned!
Order processing time, transit time, and shipping costs
Free standard shipping is offered for orders totaling $99 or more, with delivery taking 3-7 business days for most products and 30-40 business days for a select few. For orders under $99, a shipping fee of $10 will be applied. Additionally, for products that have a shipping time of 30-40 business days, customers have the option to upgrade to a faster shipping method of 5-7 business days by paying an additional fee of $59.
Note: Due to insufficient stock for some products, the processing time of orders will be extended, please refer to the time on the product page for details.

*The specific product transportation method, timeliness, price, etc. are subject to the order settlement page.
*We only ship from Monday to Friday, we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
*For multiple products in the same order, there may be cases where they are shipped from different warehouses. We will ship them in multiple packages, and all packages may not arrive at the same time.
*Our carrier does not support orders shipped to the following areas: PR (Puerto Rico), HI (Hawaii), GU (Guam), AK (Alaska), APE Military District, and Saipan.
Change Order
Please check the order and shipping address information carefully before placing an order. We cannot change the order or address after the order is shipped.
Track order
To track your order you can visit your account and log in or use the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email you received to find your order information. If the above method does not apply, you can contact us using the email you used when placing the order and provide the order number to obtain tracking information.
