Within 7 days after the order is signed, if you find the following problems with our products:

Please keep the evidence as soon as possible and send the problem to the email in time. We will reply to you and solve the problem within 2 working days after receiving the feedback.
1. Returned merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when sold, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals and documentation； Incomplete returns may be subject to additional fees or a partial refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. You need to bear the freight cost of sending the product back to Magene, as well as the risk of the product being lost or damaged during transportation to Magene; please do not use pay-on-delivery or self-pickup logistics.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a receipt notification and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to the original payment method within a certain number of days.
Warranty period rules
Warranty period: 1 year for riding platforms, 2 years for power meters and wheelsets, and 1 year for other products, subject to the date of order receipt; if there is any discrepancy with some product instructions, the product instructions shall prevail。
If any of the following conditions apply, it is not covered by the warranty:
Damage caused by consumers due to improper use, maintenance, and storage;
Damage caused by disassembly by non- Magene officially authorized maintenance personnel;
The model number on the warranty certificate does not match the model number of the repaired product or is altered;
Damage caused by force majeure;
Any damage caused by failure to use, maintain and adjust according to the requirements of the User Manual;
Other failures and damages not caused by issues such as design, manufacturing, quality, etc. of the product itself;
(1) During the product warranty period, maintenance costs will be borne by Magene; if the product is damaged due to human factors or the product exceeds the warranty period, you will need to pay the maintenance costs;
(2) You need to bear the freight cost of sending the product back to Magene, as well as the risk of the product being lost or damaged during transportation to Magene; please do not use pay-on-delivery or self-pickup logistics.
