Scope of delivery
Currently we only ship to the United States. We will increase shipments to other countries/regions in the near future, so stay tuned!
Order processing time, transit time, and shipping costs
Free standard delivery is available for orders over $99, and orders below $99 are subject to shipping costs of $10.
The order processing time is usually 1-3 working days, most products are delivered to 3-7 days, and some models of power meter are delivered to 12-17 working days. The wheel set takes 12-17 working days to deliver..
Notice:
* Due to insufficient inventory of some products, the order processing time will be extended. For details, please refer to the time on the product page.
* Please refer to the product page for pre-sale products.
* In most cases, the time you receive the package is equal to the sum of the order processing time and shipping time.
About taxes
Typically our prices include taxes and fees as well as possible fees during shipping, which means you will not have to pay extra for the order after you complete the checkout.
If you need to pay an additional fee, we will contact you and get your confirmation.
About the holidays
During the National Day holiday and the Lunar New Year holiday in China, order processing and email responses for some power meter models and wheel sets will be delayed, depending on the length of the holiday.
Please note:
*The specific product transportation method, time limit, price, etc. shall be subject to the order settlement page.
*We only process orders from Monday to Friday and do not ship on weekends and holidays.
*For multiple items in the same order, they may be shipped from different warehouses. We will ship in batches and all packages may not be delivered at the same time.
*Our carriers do not support orders in Puerto Rico (PR), Hawaii (HI), Guam (GU), Alaska (AK), Pacific Pacific Military Region (APE), and Saipan.
Change order
We support changes and cancellations before shipment. You only need to use the email when placing an order or contact us through the order message function.
Please carefully check the order and delivery address information before placing an order. After the order is shipped, we cannot change the order or address.
Note:
Sometimes the order interface does not prompt for shipment, but at this time we have pushed the order information to the overseas warehouse service provider and are waiting for the return of the tracking order number, so the order cannot be cancelled or changed at this time.
Track order
To track your order you can visit your account and log in or use the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email you received to find your order information. If the above method does not apply, you can contact us using the email you used when placing the order and provide the order number to obtain tracking information.
