Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer
This campaign is organized by Qingdao Magene Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Sponsor”), located at No.126 Shuyu Road, Xiazhuang Subdistrict, Chengyang District, Qingdao, Shandong, China.
The Sponsor is responsible for organizing and administering this campaign globally.
2. Campaign Overview
This campaign consists of three independent participation mechanisms:
(1) Global Prize
(2) Dream Chaser Local Rewards
(3) Magene In-store Purchase Bonus
Each mechanism operates independently with separate entry methods, prize structures, winner selection processes, and fulfillment responsibilities.
3. Eligibility
The campaign is open to individuals who:
l Are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
l Provide accurate, complete, and valid information.
l Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions.
l Do not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
l Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who fails to meet the requirements.
Eligibility verification may include validation of submitted personal data to ensure accuracy and compliance with campaign requirements.
4. Campaign Period
The campaign runs from [05.18.2026] to [06.17.2026] (“Campaign Period”).
Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
5. How to Participate
5.1 Global Prize
Participants may enter the campaign by accessing the official campaign webpage via the exclusive Magene activity link and submitting their name, email address, and "Driving Force" to complete the entry.
Each participant is limited to one (1) valid entry unless otherwise specified.
All eligible entries will be automatically entered into the global prize draw, subject to verification.
Personal data submitted for entry (including name, email address, and Driving Force statement) will be used solely for the purposes of campaign administration, prize draw execution, and winner notification.
5.2 Dream Chaser Local Rewards
Participants may optionally participate in in-store activities:
(1) Collect a Dream Chaser Entry Pass from participating stores
(2) Complete and submit required information
(3) Retain participant copy for reference
Entries will be included in the local store-level prize pool.
Entries submitted in-store will be included in the local prize pool managed by participating stores.
Personal data collected in-store will be processed by participating stores or authorized distributors solely for local prize administration and winner notification.
5.3 Magene In-store Purchase Bonus
Participants who purchase Magene products during the Campaign Period may unlock tiered purchase rewards, subject to availability and store participation.
Rewards are subject to availability and may vary by store location.
6. Prizes
All prizes are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms.
6.1 Global Prizes
Global prizes include:
French Grand Tour Hospitality Experience (1 Winner)
WT Team Gears (2 Winners)
A. French Grand Tour Hospitality Experience
This prize is an on-site experiential reward and does not include physical delivery.
The prize includes:
l Magene Hospitality Experience at selected stage(s)
l On-site Race Viewing at official designated viewing areas
l Round-trip economy class transportation to France from the winner’s nearest major international transport hub (airport or train station), with final arrangements to be mutually agreed between the Sponsor and the winner
l Accommodation at standard tourist or business-class hotels arranged by the Sponsor.
Travel itinerary, duration of stay, and accommodation details will be determined and confirmed prior to departure.
This prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative services.
WT Team Gears
WT Team Gears include:
l Official XDS Astana Team Gear
l XDS Astana Team Bottle
These prizes are physical goods and will be delivered to winners via shipping or other arrangements determined by the Sponsor or its authorized partners.
6.2 Local Rewards
l Entry into local prize pools
l Chance to win Magene cycling gear bundles
Local rewards are managed by participating stores or authorized distributors under Sponsor guidance.
6.3 Purchase Bonus
Tiered in-store rewards including Magene cycling accessories and branded merchandise.
Rewards are subject to availability and while supplies last, and may vary depending on store location.
6.4 Prize Exclusions
Unless otherwise stated, the following are not included in any prize:
l Visa fees and visa application or approval costs
l Personal expenses (including meals not included in the official itinerary, laundry, minibar, telephone, etc.)
l Any travel, accommodation, or transportation outside the official itinerary
Taxes, duties, or additional charges imposed by local authorities or the winner’s jurisdiction
l Additional insurance beyond basic coverage (if provided)
7. Winner Selection
7.1 Global Winners
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible global entries through a fair and random draw process, which may be conducted using automated or supervised selection methods.
The process is designed to ensure fairness, integrity, and equal opportunity for all eligible participants.
The Sponsor’s decision is final and binding, subject to applicable law.
The selection process may involve automated or manual processing of participant data strictly for the purpose of conducting the prize draw.
7.2 Local Winners
Local winners will be selected and managed by participating stores or authorized distributors from eligible local entries.
The Sponsor reserves the right to monitor, review, and, where necessary, approve or validate the selection process to ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance with the campaign rules.
Local winners’ data will be processed by participating stores or authorized distributors solely for the purpose of winner selection and notification.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry within five (5) days of selection. If a winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner. Notification attempts will be deemed successful upon the first communication attempt sent by the Sponsor.
9. Prize Fulfillment & Delivery
Global prizes include, but are not limited to, the French Grand Tour Hospitality Experience and XDS Astana Team Gear. Fulfillment methods vary depending on prize type, including on-site coordination for experiential prizes and shipping or delivery arrangements for physical prizes, and will be managed by the Sponsor or its designated partners.
9.1 Global Prizes
Global prizes, including but not limited to the French Grand Tour Hospitality Experience and XDS Astana Team Gear, will be coordinated and fulfilled by the Sponsor or its designated partners.
A. Experience-based prizes (French Grand Tour Hospitality Experience)
Travel arrangements, accommodation details, and itinerary information will be communicated individually to winners.
All arrangements are subject to logistical feasibility, availability, and final confirmation prior to departure.
Round-trip transportation (by air or rail) and accommodation will be arranged based on mutual agreement between the Sponsor and the winner.
Winners are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel and entry requirements, including valid passport, visa, and any other required documentation.
The Sponsor is not responsible for visa issuance, visa refusal, or entry denial by any authority.
Travel dates are fixed upon confirmation. If a winner is unable to travel on the designated dates, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative services.
B. Physical prizes (XDS Astana Team Gear)
XDS Astana Team Gear includes official team apparel and accessories.
These prizes are physical goods and will be delivered via shipping or other arrangements determined by the Sponsor or its authorized partners.
9.2 Local Rewards
Local rewards will be fulfilled by participating stores or authorized distributors under the supervision of the Sponsor where applicable.
Winner selection, notification, and fulfillment are managed at local level.
Collection or delivery arrangements will follow store-specific procedures and may vary by location.
The Sponsor reserves the right to oversee, review, and validate the fulfillment process to ensure fairness and compliance with campaign rules.
9.3 Purchase Bonus Gifts
Purchase bonus gifts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability and while supplies last.
Gifts may be provided at the time of purchase or arranged by participating stores.
Product types and availability may vary by store and region.
No substitution or exchange is permitted unless required by applicable law.
9.4 General Conditions
The Sponsor shall not be responsible for:
(a) delays or failures caused by third-party services, including logistics providers or travel agencies
(b) customs duties, taxes, or any additional charges imposed by local authorities or the winner’s jurisdiction
(c) incorrect, incomplete, or invalid participant information
(d) failure to meet legal, visa, or travel requirements
(e) force majeure events, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruption, extreme weather, public health restrictions, or event cancellation
10. Rights Granted by Participants
By participating, entrants grant the Sponsor the right to use submitted content, including names, images, and tagged posts, for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation to the extent permitted by local law.
Where required under applicable data protection laws, participants may exercise their rights to withdraw consent for the use of their personal data for marketing purposes.
11. Disqualification
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where participants:
l provide false, incomplete, or misleading information
l attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or disrupt the campaign process
l violate these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws
l use automated systems, bots, or multiple accounts to enter the campaign
l engage in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity
The Sponsor reserves the right to investigate and verify any entry or participant’s eligibility.
The Sponsor’s decision regarding disqualification shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the campaign or the use of any prize.
The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party services, travel arrangements, or force majeure events.
13. Privacy Policy
This campaign processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

14. Governing Law
This campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any mandatory rights or protections granted to participants under applicable local laws in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to consumer protection laws and data protection regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
