Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

By entering this event, you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed below.

1. Sponsorship: The sponsor of this event is Qingdao Magene Intelligence Technology Co.,Ltd (Sponsor), located at No.126 Shuyu Road, Xiazhuang Subdistrict, Chengyang District, Qingdao, Shandong, China. Sponsor will conduct the event substantially as described in thesr officials rules.

2. Eligibility: This Event is open to anyone who enters in compliance with the “How to Enter” rules below.  (i) at least 16 years of age, or otherwise over the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (ii) are not currently restricted from the Services and are not otherwise prohibited from having an account related thereto; (iii) will only maintain one account at any given time; (iv) will only provide accurate information to Magene.  (v) have full power and authority to enter into these Terms and doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party; and (vi) will not violate any rights of Magene or a third party.

3. Agreement to Rules: By entering this Event, the Entrant  (“You”) agree to abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor's sole discretion. By entering this Event, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Event.

4. Event Entry Period: The Event begins on June 27 and ends on July 3, 2025. (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the Event, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.

5. How to Enter: To participate, submit your valid email address to spin the lucky wheel. By submitting your email and spinning the wheel: (i) You consent to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor; (ii) You are automatically entered into the Event.

Key Restrictions: (i)Participation is strictly limited to one (1) entry per person; (ii)Entries with incomplete or invalid information will be disqualified; (iii)Any attempt to circumvent rules or use fraudulent methods voids all participation rights.

6. Winners & Prizes: The Sponsor will randomly select twelve (12) qualified winners ("Winners") through an automated, audiable draw system. Prize allocation shall be as follows:

Critical Provisions:

Delivery: Prizes will be shipped to Winner-verified addresses within 30 business days post-verification.

Exclusions: Sponsor is not liable for (a) customs/duties fees (b) address errors (c) force majeure delays（d）delays or failure to deliver prizes due to third party service providers.

Warranty Disclaimer: ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Odds: The total number of eligible entries received (including any bonus entries) determines the odds of winning.

8. Selection and Notification of Winner: The Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Sponsor will notify the Winner(s) by email within five days following the Winner's selection. The Sponsor is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email, nor shall Sponsor be liable for the Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner 1) fails to claim the prize within five days from the time the award notification was sent, or 2) is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected. Receipt of the prize offered in the Event by the Winner is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. IF THE WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

9. Rights Granted by you: By entering into the Event, You evidence your understanding and agreement that the Sponsor, any individual acting on the Sponsor's behalf, and the licensees, successors, and assigns of the Sponsor shall, where permitted by law, have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media known now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide, and without limitation, your submission (including any content tagged with the hashtag for the Event), name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Event, and your biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, information, and public relations without any further notice, review, consent, compensation, or remuneration.

10. Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Event should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor's control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the Event. The Sponsor, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the winners of the Event based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the Event or website or violate these Official Rules will be disqualified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Attempts by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Event may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. If any such attempt is made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability: Your entry into this Event constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Event and/or the 1) accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Event; 5) electronic error or human error in the Event administration or the processing of entries.
