EXAR TPU ultralight inner tube passed 8 professional tests during manufacturing. Even if the weight is only one-third of traditional rubber inner tube, the performance still exceeds it.

GO LIGHTER, RIDE FURTHER

The TPU inner tube weighs only 1/3 of traditional rubber inner tube, which is an effective way for weight reduction and acceleration improvement, without compromising the stiffness of the bike.

MORE COMPACT, MORE PORTABLE

Compared with the traditional rubber inner tube, TPU inner tube is 78% smaller and is more portable as a spare tire when riding out.

LOW ROLLING RESISTANCE, EASIER PEDALING

EXAR TPU inner tube is lighter and softer, with less friction on the outer tube and rim. Therefore, the inner tube has lower rolling resistance. Riders can pedal more easily with higher speed and power.

PUNCTURE RESISTANT, LONGER SERVICE LIFE

Due to the excellent toughness of TPU material, EXAR TPU inner tube has stronger puncture resistance than that of traditional rubber inner tubes, effectively reducing the probability of tire puncture and making riding safer. Unlike the traditional rubber tube that is likely to age and mouldy over time, TPU has a more stable polymer structure, thus have a longer service life.
