Holiday time:
January 28 to February 4 (8 days in total). Some transport carriers will stop service in advance on January 23.
Order processing and transportation:
Wheel orders and some power meter orders (depending on the model): Orders between January 24 and February 4 will be processed in order starting from February 5.
Other products: For example, orders for cycling computers and lights will be shipped within 1-3 days.
After-sales and email replies:
Email reply (officialwebsite@magene.com): Handle pre-sales inquiries, Magene.com order inquiries and some after-sales issues, and it is expected to be replied within 48 hours.
During this period, your order processing time may be extended, and after-sales service and email replies may also be delayed. Thank you for your understanding and support!
